Babies sleeping
Mothers should have the knowledge of organize their baby’s
time. Many mothers give up their hobbies and their lecture time because they
can not organize their time. Most important thing in baby’s organizing time is
sleeping, if you organize baby’s sleeping you can organize your time and do
what ever you like.
Babies in their first months sleep 8-9 hours at night and
5-4 hours in naps and reduce by 2 hours for 2 months. For example in their 1-2
months their total sleeping hours are 16-18 hours in their 3-4 months their
total sleeping hours are 16-14 hours. Waking up early is very healthy for the
babies because they need vitamin D of the early sunrays. In UAE the sun is too
hot and it harm the kids 2 hours after it rises till 2 hours it set. So that 4
hours in the early morning and in the evening it is good to take the baby
outside to take the useful rays of the sun.
But in our culture it is not good to be outside in this time of the
evening. So the best time to take your baby is very early in the morning. After
they can take their naps before 6 pm so they can sleep their night comfortably
at 8 pm. Appropriate sleeping is good for the baby’s health it give them the
bower to be active in the day time, have the mental ability to accept new knowledge
and their appetite. As well sleeping really can control the baby’s mood and
anger.
