Body After Baby
Your body must change in
the period of pregnancy and after giving birth. Many women think that they
should be slim and have the perfect body. Women have different shapes of body.
After giving birth to your baby you will hear many comments that you will like
and most you will not like. Such as “you gain weight”,” you have a belly”, “your body have change”. Do not make these stupid comments
affect you even if it comes from you classiest person to you. Love your body
that will make you feel better about your self even about your baby. Your body
is your choice if you like it that way that will make you confidence. If you
want to change it and lose weight you must love it to make it easier to change.
Bad comments are hard to ignore so keep away from negative people or change
their thoughts to positive. in UAE we have a gathering nearly every weekend its
ok to miss some gatherings to build your confidence again then you surprise
them with your new you. Show them that you proud of your self that you
love your body the big belly is because you gave life to someone. The scars are
because you suffer and had pain. Working out is very good to gain your
confidence again but after 2 months minimum so you do not have a reflection.
Simple easy work out like walking and pushup can help you to lose weight easily
with nice shape of the body. Hard workout can harm your body. The easy it is
the better it is.
