Working or staying at home is two difficult options for mothers each have its consequences. Mothers who decided to stay at home and take care of her child will give up many dreams and will create special way of life. Working mothers also have to give up others things such as spending more time with their babies. Choosing between working and staying at home is very difficult desetion for mothers. in UAE organizations and companies respects working mothers and give them for the baby's first 18 months one hour every day to go and see her baby and breast feeding. As well they give 600 dirhams every month till the baby reach 18 years. Mothers who stay at home have more time to spend with their baby and understand him\her. Also they witness every important moment in their baby's life. In the UAE there are many good nurseries in every area with online cameras that parents can see at any time they want, but it can be expensive for them. Working mothers can afford to offer their babies more options. A great solution is to have a nursery in every organization and company to make it easier for moms.

Babies are the sweet of life. Every women in the world dream to be a mother but they do imagine the huge responsibility till they try it. New moms have many different thoughts about their new babies.
